Many people with diabetes experience diabetes-related stress and diabetes wear and tear. This can occur already at the time of diagnosis, or after a shorter or longer time with the disease.
Through our online programme, you'll learn more about diabetes-related stress, diabetes wear and tear and how it affects your blood sugar, but also how you feel. You'll learn about diabetes and mental health - and how mental training can help you become more resilient and achieve your goals, whether they're diabetes goals or other goals. You'll be given tools and exercises to manage your life with diabetes so that it's not as stressful as it might have been, but also so that you can prevent stress and wear and tear over time. The programme is based on research and recognised methods, and has been developed by healthcare professionals. You can use the programme on your own, or you can be followed up by a specialist nurse at the same time.
